What a lovely, honest, refreshingly lovely, company.. The postal strikes before Christmas made my order, that I made, late November, go missing. I rang up feeling very stressed as I had ordered a whole lot of Esme products for my Grandaughter and they hadn't arrived and Christmas was looming. This company sent out my whole order out again with 48hr signed for service. I received it and was so chuffed but since then have received the initial parcel. All safely sent back and they are refunding my postage. I shall order from this company with absolute confidence and thank them for being so much better than my Estee Lauder parcel that did the same and they were less than useless! Fabulous!!!
