Youngsters who don't serve you . When they can clearly see customers standing at the counter waiting. Then when you do get served after 15 mins they don't have a clue. Bring back all the old boys who knew there job. Not these new jobsworths lot.

I stopped while passing by and checked out again the fantastic range of hand tools and more. However I didn't have to buy this visit and after choosing a few items I returned them to the shelves and left without buying as I saw the queue and speed of service, and I couldn't wait for the amount of time it would have taken. Need to work on the ease of buying? Next time I'll allow plenty of time to wait to pay. Time visited: 12:00 midday, Monday.
