Gutted to leave a 1 star but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing in the end. I purchased a DJ stand in June and the seller was really friendly and helpful however my stand came and it was missing parts, due to Covid I understood it might take a while to sort the situation out and gave seller plenty of time to sort it out but by August it still wasn't resolved so I asked for a refund, DJ Dealer said advised they would issue one straight away, sent the stand back and chased the seller but no reply, had to open a case with PayPal and finally in October I received my £140.00. So all in all I wasted £25.00 on postage and spent months worrying I'll never see the money back. I understand businesses are suffering and it's a hard time for everyone but this experience has left me not wanting to purchase from smaller sellers as when things go wrong, the issues aren't resolved as quickly or at all.
