Having used this company on a daily basis for the past 2 years for school commuting, I would never recommend this company after yesterdays experience. Yesterday morning in the pouring rain, my son along with 3 other children from 2 different grammar schools were left stranded at the bus stop with no other means of transport to get to school. The driver advised the coach was full and children who shouldn't be on here have obviously got on, he then shut the doors and drove off. Each child is issued with a coach pass in order for them to be able to get on, the 4 children left behind at the coach stop all had these passes on them. Obviously these passes are not being checked when children are getting on the coaches, resulting in yesterday's situation. Being a private service we pay over £200 per month for each student, the company did not even send an additional coach as advised they would within an hour. No parents were informed either that their child had been left stranded at the bus stop or that maybe their child had been left behind at the bus stop - generic message as the company have all the parents and pupils contact details. Two parents called DJ coaches yesterday morning and spoke with 2 different staff members who between them took no responsibility whatsoever, and put the phone down on a concerned parent. The male member of staff believed to be a manager/owner went onto say that the contract is more hassle than it's worth and he will not be renewing in the new school year. He also advised to "put the kids in a cab and for us to send him an invoice". Obviously our children's safety was not his concern. 2 of the 4 children missed exams due to the incapability of a driver checking passes or the company sending an appropriate size vehicle. Unreliable and unprofessional company, steer well clear.

On Monday 16th August we hired a coach to take a group of children and adults to the seaside from Middle Park Community Centre. The driver Craig arrived in plenty of time, and was very patient whilst we loaded 42 excited children and all there stuff. The coach was very clean and modern, toilet was a bonus. All round great service from the booking process to the travel on the day. Craig was very friendly, pointing out a few places of interest on the way. Would definitely recommend this coach company, and will use them again in the future.
