One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had . The manager instructed the staff to ask us to dispose of our own drinks. Additionally, when they brought the appetizers, they neglected to bring the remaining items. It's worth noting that this is not the first time we have received such poor service, but we decided to give them another chance based on their excuse that they were busy during our previous visit. However, despite being a regular customer who has spent over £150, they charged me £15 for such rude service. In my opinion, your business should seriously consider closing down as it is truly the epitome of poor service.
