Where do I start?! We booked a wedding with usmania banqueting hall, and were told they had a contract with Diya stages so we had no choice but to get our stage done by them. The stages are lovely, all of them, quite dear but worth it. But the customer service is appalling! A gentleman named Ali Azhar, the manager of Diya wedding stages, is one of the most disrespectful human beings I've ever come across. He talks foul language with his own customers, expects customers to arrive a certain time to proceed with bookings without any warning or awareness,appalling. We were so very close to cancelling the slot we had booked just because of the poor customer service we received by Ali Azhar. No manners towards anyone, very big let down. we love usmania, and would love the book another event there, but the downfall is that we'll have to meet Ali Azhar again and we're not up for the harassment and abusive comments we received by him. Totally inappropriate
