Started negotiating with diy2go in July delivery eventually arrived early December when it did it was wrong size had to wait another 2 months for right size. Then the roof and gutters did not fit so instead of going back k to diy2go I employed a carpenter and a roofer and spent £2000 putting right the bodgeup that was delivered by diy2go. Just don't buy from these people. The only reason they got one star was because I couldn't give a review with no stars. So they get one star for being rubbish.

you are not responding to any mails. I have also tried phoning you diretcly on two seperate occassions - started to email preferably and also there is a 30 mins wait - your phone then simply cuts off its clear that you are fast to take peoples molnies but are refusing to communic ate with them when troubled deliveries are being encountered I want to know where my order is I have asked - see below of a string of emails to you to despatch or return my £180 immediately so that I can go elsewhere I do not want to be told about corvid 19, as a designated government emergency worker, I can tell you about corvid 19 - its not an excuse any more. The country is getting back to business, return my monies in full so that I can shop elsewhere as they are open for business if you cannot ship You are in breech of legislation to supply or return my monies - you have " frustrated the contract" which is a legal term received your email just over a week ag, the first time you havd bothered to communicate with a customer from whom you have taken money You stated I would have the water feature within 2 TO 3 DAYS what a joke, continued lies and poor service its been over 6 week now to buy a water feature you are no better than thieves - you have taken the money, you are refusing to deliver - you are refusing to communicate - you are refusing to pay my money back to go to a proper dealer who like many - many others have continued to successfully do buisness in this time You will demise, your name will become the place not to do buisness with - lack of service, proven that you do not know what service is - go to the wall like others that do similar

Despite the covid problems they did return me my money less the packaging cost I accept that was my fault. Bought a garden fountain from here by mail order and it was split . they simply didn't want to know after it had been delivered. we had to get trading standards involved and ultimately were not refunded.
