My order was missing last time, no delivery no one answered phone call. I went to this address to meet staff in person. The manager was so kind and kept aplogizing to me and also gave me 4 extra vapes for compensation. Missing orders are due to system error, contacting to manager directly can solve this problem!

Sent out my order quickly, 2 bottles found to be incorrect. The shop sent me out the order again by DPD. When I first got in touch with them about the wrong bottles they were quick to reply. Since they have not replied to me. Dpd did not collect the package from them very quickly. Let’s presume it’s dpd and I’m fully prepared to give the shop the benefit of doubt. All in all I’m happy with a fair price and the free shipping.

I have used this company many times for my vapes, to start with very good and responsive. I started having issues with my issues after a couple of good deliveries. I found I had missing items, wrong items, wrong flavours, etc. They would get resolved, but trying to reach their customer service proved difficult. Recently, I placed 2 orders with them, one arrived with no issues, and the second one had issues. I tried to call their customer service no reply, and then the mailbox for their lines was full. Emails sent no reply, eventually after a week I got a reply to say that they would refund me?? Two weeks on, I am still waiting for the refund. I won't be using this company again. There are more out there with better prices and quicker delivery.

The worst e-liquid retailer in the UK I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. I believe any positive reviews are fake. They dont answer the phone. They dont answer emails. They dont respond to the contact us form. Most importantly, I believe the company are scamming legitimate customers. They will steal your money. Please check other review sites to appreciate how bad they are, and take your business elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! As seen from previous reviews, when you make an order there is no means to contact the merchant! No one gets back to your calls or emails! It’s like contacting a ghost!! I had to contact my bank to get the money back - I placed an order two weeks ago with nothing delivered - No one gets back to my NUMEROUS emails - Their telephone is just for appearance, it never works - I even got their whatsapp, no one replies to my messages - Courier claim they never dispatched the items to them and only the label was created! Very dodgy and manipulative company! AVOID!
