I had a very bad experience to purchase some good from Dixy chicken Shop. I ordered a double chicken fillet meal. There was man with French bear served me. He asked me for drink what drink do you like with your meal. I asked him to do you have Rubicon Mango. Suddenly he start shouting and doing misbehave with me, do you see Rubicon here, why you are asking about Rubicon with big mouth and loud voice. I was shocked and ask him what happen to you I just ask you about from. Then again starts shouting you can see we don’t have Rubicon Mango here. I replied how I can see your drinks you fridge is behind the counter. I recommend to all people don’t ever go this shop. Very bad and cold food, roude staff, roude behaviour, low quality food.

We were fasting, so decided to order from dixy chicken. The burger bap was off and had mould on it. We didnt want to risk eating any of the food so went and returned to the shop. My husband spoke to the owner and asked for a refund, he was adviced to get in touch with Just eat for a refund. So we did only Just eat refused to give our money back. We had to order from elsewhere and didn't get our money back which was around £25. We will Never be ordering from there again. I wrote a review on Just Eat but they removed my comments. Not happy 😡😡
