I ordered a chicken steak burger and aspicy chicken burger 3 drinks 2 peices of chicken and hot wings my spicy chicken burger wasn’t cooked all the way through I didn’t realise till after a few bites and then they said they could only send me another one and the cheek of if they sent another uncooked burger I don’t know how to post the pictures but if I could you’d be revolted in what I ate and they wanted to try and feed me again

Disgusting customer service! Order was over an hour and a half late, called for an update and said we had been waiting over an hour and a half couldn’t get through on the phone despite trying numerous times and the person just said “Yeah, and…?”. Pushed for an update and was told the driver has had a few issues. Finally turned up 20 minutes later. Deliveries can be late, issues happen, but don’t be rude to customers for asking questions.

Liars and theifs! Don't order form here if you live in a flat! The drivers won't try to contact you and will lie for the monetary gains without providing the goods!! Think the driver lied! We watched for the driver to arrive with no sign ! He did not call the property buzzer and claimed he called the phone numerous times but we had our phones on us at all times !! The status on ubereats still says it may arrive soon even after they've took the money and food and claim they are not delivering the goods now!! They can't be trusted ! I've had previous trouble with this shop they want something for nothing !!
