Very good estate agents, we used them before when we sold and bought a new house. They were amazing from start to finish, excellent communication. To be honest if it wasn't for Hayley and her team at the Willenhall branch we wouldn't have moved house, they are very knowledgeable and the best of them all. The agent named Tracy made me feel like low class citizen, she lied, mislead and pressured me to take mortgage with her broker, falsely stating it as the sellers condition. The sale fell through due to combination of her greed and appalling attitude. I will never ever purchase with dixons even if the property is under priced, how can dixons employ such people to represent their company. The whole experience has put me off property purchasing, this should have been a pleasant and productive experience. SHAMELESS AGENT TRACY.
