Both Paul and Shaneen are extremely professional and yet incredibly friendly, warm and likeable. During the viewings, they made sure to make potentials buyers aware of all the positive aspects of the property and really did a great job of making the property even more attractive. You can tell they both love what they're doing and it comes across in everything they do. I couldn't be happier and would have given 10 stars if I could!

The team at Dixons Northfield, especially Lydia the manager, were very helpful throughout the whole process. Due to issues with the onward chain, it took us approximately 16 months to complete on our first home purchase, which was not ideal. However, throughout the whole time, Lydia was chasing each party involved in the process daily to try and move things along and provide us with a full picture of what was going on. Without Lydia chasing and pushing things along as she did, it would have probably taken a lot longer to complete on the property.

Dealing with Lydia and the team has been the best experience of any estate agents I've had, from day 1 every word has been actioned and not once have I felt uneasy dropping Into the branch or picking up the phone with any questions or help filling in with forms. The service 100%, The team 100% and the overall experience 100%.
