That’s Amelia Pace at the Dixons Kings Norton branch. She is just exceptional! She regularly calls to check in and see how our search is going, giving us updates on the market along the way. If we want to view a house in a different area with a different office, Amelia calls up her colleagues and arranges the viewing for us. She has nothing to gain by doing this, but she does it because she actually cares about her customers finding the right home. I know some estate agents just want a sale, but Dixons Kings Norton is nothing like that, they are so caring and go over and above. I will never forget our first chat where she assured me she would do everything she could to get our offer approved and she did exactly that! We also spoke to Rikki the in-house mortgage advisor and he has been so honest and informative about extra costs we wasn’t aware of which no one else we have spoken to have even thought to mention. Rikki went out of his way to push through our mortgage in principle with in a day in order to push through our offer. Both Rikki and Korron have made this journey, so far, plain sailing and we couldn’t ask for more.
