Ordered 2 sofas in April,came 4 week late and damaged,was told if I keeped Dixon's would repair at my convenience and give compensation after everything was sorted as 2 large cushions were missing.2 more cushions arrived but wrong one's which I went for at Workington,the sofa was repaired but had to take day off as no time was given.cushions arrived late August 5 month after sofas were ordered but Dixon's back tracked on completion and not contacted me.........very disappointed in this local form as the safe are very good.
