I first contacted Tahira regarding a reflexology session for sinus issues. In total I have had 3 sessions ( booked another one for this weekend) The treatment itself was VERY relaxing and took about an hour per session. During this time i felt so comfortable and relaxed whilst Tahira worked her 'Magic' on my feet. I noticed a difference with my sinus issues and was actually able to breathe through my nose (which I couldn't do before) I also followed her advice with practising breathing techniques which definitely helped with reducing the headaches that come with sinusitis. I have had reflexology in the past however I must say the sessions with Tahira have definitely made me feel more balanced and rejuvenated. I have also had 3 sessions of Mizan with Tahira for PMS issues and have had great results !! After the initial consultation Tahira suggested I made some important changes to my diet, excercise and eating habits in order for me to fully experience the benefits of Mizan. During the sessions I felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed with Tahira. Each sessions was a month apart and during this time I was doing the self care massages (advised by Tahira) at home which allowed me to focus on myself and reconnect with my body. This gave me the opportunity to connect with my womb space... Which I had never done before. It actually felt amazing!!! Mizan has definitely helped to reduce the PMS symptoms and I am no longer taking any painkillers a week before the actual period or whilst on. I walked away from each session feeling a sense of positivity, peace and well being. Thank you so much

I don't know where to start. To sum it up in a small phrase my therapist was " God sent". I have suffered extremely painful and heavy periods for some years. Also diagnosed with PCOS and Fibroids. Life became too unbearable 4 months ago. The constant back pain, body pains & unbearable heavy periods had taken a toll on my mental health too. 3 months ago I decided to try out the Mizaan therapy.. and boy am I a new person again. Bye bye heavy periods, hello to a healthy light blood flow without any Cramping and pains!! Also feel my fibroids are almost dissolved and the main exciting thing: my womb is happy and back to its place, where it should have been in the first place. I can't thank DivineFlo Therapies enough. I approached this as a degree of scepticism but I am totally converted. Tahira is skilled and very knowledgeable making me feel relaxed and in very safe hands. I have had long term aches and pains but after the first session there was major progress in pain level as well as ability to move and it improves every time.

Tried reflexology for issues with my digestive system, was a bit apprehensive as how that would help my condition, but after the 1st session I wasn't disappointed. I was already looking forward to my next appointment. Tahira's setting is always clean, tidy and wonderfully fragranced providing a relaxed atmosphere. she is very professional and explained the benefits of reflexology as she went along. I have found the reflexology treatments very calming and therapeutic. There is a lovely peaceful atmosphere with some soothing music in the background, which is very calming to the mind. I have quite a few complicated ailments which will take some more sessions but Tahira has given me a lot of good advice and I always look forward to booking my next sessions.
