Ordered a chicken burger and fries. Rang up and told lady I wanted burger plain, no sauce, no salad, no cheese, just plain chicken and bun, she said ok but her response was half hearted and could tell she wasn't really listening needless to say the burger came with cheese! I rang up immediately and said i ordered plain burger youv'e sent one with cheese? I'm lactose interolerant that's why i rang and said i need it plain. She said no I didn't say that I had said no Salad and no sauce, I replied and said I told you plain, just chicken and bun and she still said I didn't. Basically called me a liar. Manager came on phone and said the same and said "this one is on you madam" How can it be when I rang and specifically said I wanted a plain burger! Plain means nothing on it doesnt it? Their website says "we take food intolerances seriously just put on the notes when u order or ring up the restaurant" well I did.... won't be ordering from them again!
