I came down to the Diversion unit for a Cars and Coffee event held by themselves and Inspired - was greeted by the staff and looked after in a polite and timely manner. The guys there were happy to take time out of the social event to search in their warehouse and find the carbon fibre paddle shift extenders I wanted, and then also offered to heat them and fit them to my car free of charge. After reading some of the reviews on here, I’m rather surprised and can only assume certain customers have posted their reviews in bad taste. There were absolutely no qualms with their customer service on my front today - will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks again guys

First time ordering from Diversion Automotive, really quick delivery on my order once placed. Handled and wrapped up in the box with care and regular updates. Bit of a long story which I will briefly explain. Wrong item was received, email was sent straight away and photos taken of what I had received. They apologised sincerely and checked with the production team/company of why the wrong order was sent. I was kept fully updated and informed continously whenever Diversion received new info regarding the order. Turns out it seems there was a system fault causing some slight miscommunication, in relation to a very specific item I ordered and the details put through to the production team. All was sorted in the end and the correct item was manufactured, it was first sent to Diversion for a full inspection ensuring I'd receive the correct product. Diversion apogised again and threw in some free merchandise goodies as a good will gesture for waiting patiently. My order is in postage now as I'm typing this and very excited to receive it. Thank you very much Diversion for your amazing customer service and top quality support towards the customer/consumer. Working with us as customers and not against, because it's easier or less of a headache etc. Thank you! - Ross
