Still waiting for my refund!! Such stressful purchase and return!! My bed purchase was arranged for delivery via courier GP Logistics on 18 Dec 2021. Delivery date was missed, when the bed finally arrived days later via multiple deliveries, it was not what I ordered. The picture on the website sells the bed with a metal gold headboard. Only found out that this was not included, instead a black fabric headboard was delivered. Not only was the delivery made in several batches, GP Logistics kept me waiting for hours as couldn't find the address and lost parts of the bed in between. As I ended up with a bed I didn't order, I initiated a return, for which I was asked to pay £75!! The bed was collected by GP Logistics on 21 Dec 2021. Divan Beds Outlet Ltd. still has not refunded the amount paid!!! I honestly never thought buying a bed can be so stressful. I would not recommend this company nor their logistic partner. Absolute zero customer service - only 'taking' clients monies!!! After 2 months I finally received a refund - paid £379 for the bed and got refunded £226!!! Shambolic and horrible stressful to chase!!
