Don't bother. You won't get delivery in anything like your time slot. And, everything is no reply, including their drivers phones. They text you just before the end of your three hour time slot to tell you it will be another three hours and you can't phone them to speak to them about it.

Bed was ordered late March, eventually given delivery date in mid/late April. That delivery failed, with the driver calling me several hours after my slot saying it would be delivered the next day. It was not. Customer service were useless and just said it had been delivered. Eventually delivered today, about 7 weeks after order. I'd used this company last year and that was fine. I don't need any more beds not but when I do, I will avoid.

Had my current bed just over a year. Within that time, 1 bed base replacement (within 4 months of purchase as it was creaking really bad) 3 mattress replacements as the first 2 arrived incorrect and the drivers have no powers to do anything other than to take the items back. Now nearly a year on the base has collapsed in the middle making it impossible to open the 4 draws either side of the bed, when you open the draws the wood snaps and they break off the runners inside. Completely pointless to have when you can’t use them for storage. Poorly made beds and rubbish quality. Wouldn’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a divan ottoman , the day it was supposed to arrive the delivery was changed for the next day. The next day the bed was delivered as arranged and the quality of the product is great and was easy to add the castors and fix the divans together. Guys who delivered the bed were great and positioned the divan facing the right way in the room. As far as I'm concerned great product and customer service.
