She is amazing hairdresser, very professional, amazing customer service skills. However the service wasn't great. - the 1st time in my LIFE that I haven't been shown a colour chart when getting a colour service. Literally the most basic thing. - She cannot shade-match. she chose a shade which was far too dark for my hair (darker than my natural root). I commented twice that it looked too dark, she still left it on for ages longer. Roots were not blended in so you can see a dark strip on my hair. - toner way too dark. Not impressed and would not recommend this salon nor stylist. Service: Hair coloring
