The only problem I've had with ditto music distribution is getting the covers to be accepted I've had to submit the same cover several times until it's been submitted and confirmed I would suggest working on that part of the operation.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Complete lack of empathy towards their paying customers. Takes them ages to get back to your queries so this holds up any releases you have. I submitted an EP with these guys beginning of Feb and it still hasnt been uploaded until now! Trust me, many other distributions out there which are MUCH MUCH better. Please dont waste your money on these guys.

Short review: Use a different service. Longer review: Twice they have failed to release my music on time. The first time they were helpful. The second time, they didn't even respond for weeks. Have to assume they have grown faster than they can cope with and now can't offer a decent service any more. A shame as I have released through them for years, hence 2 stars rather than the punitive 1.

It's been a pleasure releasing my music through Ditto for the past several years. The prices are perfect, and distribution option's are extensive. The Ditto help team are great to deal with, and i cannot imagine releasing my music with any other Digital Distribution company.
