We had a huge job done by this company. This means some hundreds of Roman Blinds and roller blinds. While the quality of workmanship was of good standard customer service care has been hugely disappointing. Not to that mention after care support has been almost 0. It’s extremely difficult to get communication and spare parts for product for which we have no details.

I used this companies sister brand Luxury Paints to order some paint...unfortunately it did not arrive within ten advised 7 working days. When I called the company I was told that it had been delivered a day earlier, i knew this was untrue as I had been all day. I chased again, this time I was told that the courier said he’d tried to call me but that I failed to answer. As luck would have it my neighbour found the package in the small local park two days later. I let the company know and explained that I wasn’t happy to pay for The delivery as the package should have been left outside my internal door at the very least and that the courier could have rung my doorbell. I was told that the Luxury Paints couldn’t refund the delivery fee as I had received the paint - apparently it’s acceptable for their packages to be left ANYWHERE and it’s fine for neighbours to discover your packages 50 metres away from your address. I would not trust this company at all - customer service does not matter at all and the discounts are easily matched. I’d strongly advise using John Lewis instead!
