This is the 2nd time I've used this company and in both cases they managed to retrieve the data; once from a faulty drive, the other from an SD card that hadn't been properly converted to an MP4 file from a Sony film camera (Phew😥...that was close). Overall I'd recommend them because they resolved my issues allowing me to continue with work. I thinks its important to add that their pricing structure is at the upper end but even so they were kind enough to offer me a discount which was very generous of them. Finally when there was an issue with parts of the data recovery on the SD card the engineer sat with me for over an hour dedicated to resolving it. Thank you Disk Doctor, I'll defo be using recommending you from here on in.
