Very friendly staff especially the lady Eritrea I found the place too small for my 8yr olds but it suited my 4yr old perfectly.

The location is perfect but the hygiene level is zero. Everybody "the parents and the staff"are wearing their shoes inside the playground where the kids and the babies are playing.They are even stepping on the balls with their shoes. There should be a sign of "Please remove your shoes" like the other places. Overall staff needs more training.

It’s small and parents/ adults can only sit on the side talking in small groups or looking at their phones while the kids run around in the soft play area which adults cannot access at all (kids climb and enter the tunnels so difficult to see them a lot of the time from the side). If you are looking for a place to spend time playing with your child this is definitely not a good place. But if you are looking to get a break and your kids are adventurous and like climbing/ running around independently (or if you are with friends and kids have company) then it’s probably a good way to spend an hour in peace.

Staff are nice, I've never had any problems with them. However, some parents/careres come across as very rude, aggressive and obnoxious. Perhaps it's to do with the nature of this area (you get what I mean) so nothing can be done unfortunately.

Came all the way from Wimbledon to find out it is closed till Wednesday no notice on website or google
