Pretty poor service from DCL and Toby in particular. Ordered a Skoda in June, told lead time is early October and only ordered the car due to the lead time, as current lease expired in November. I've had one update since June, and that was because I chased in September. At that point I was told car will be delivered in November. I waited until December, no communication so had to chase on multiple occasions to even get a response around the delays. I'd expect updates throughout the process and not having to constantly chase up, the least you'd expect is for your expectations to be managed appropriately. I've ordered cars before elsewhere and had updates weekly!

I have just taken delivery of a VW ID.3 and it is mind-blowing. I have been driving 37 years and I have been lucky enough to own some lovely cars but nothing compares to this, it really is life-changing. But here’s the thing. I would never have had the courage to own an electric car were it not for Toby and Jack. They make leasing so easy. Yes Toby is my son and I am biased (and very proud) but seriously they know their stuff and if you are considering leasing an electric car, you must do it!! And ask these guys to help you because they will get you the best deal, answer all your questions and I know from experience they work with great suppliers. The guy who delivered my car could not of been more helpful.
