These guys are second to none! Their customer service skills are top notch with a friendly, welcoming approach from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they were able to fit me in on the same day each time I used them! I need my car for work and i was panicking but using this garage was a lifesaver (Most garages dont have availability for weeks). Ive returned several times recently as i have an old car with lots of issues buy even when they were extremely busy on a Saturday morning (and I hadn't pre-booked) they put the car in and took they keys with a smile and reassurance. I have used many garages over the years but I've never received service as impressive as the service from Discount tyres Luton. Oh and just an addition...the gent on the front desk (I believe his name is Craig) remembered my name, make and model of car, and registration number from two weeks ago without seeing the car!!!! How many other garages are that detailed, attentive and observant. Seriously blown away and I will be popping back for services, MOTs, tyres etc in the future

Absolutely fabulous service. Visited another tyre place that told me the screw I had in my tyre couldn't be repaired, but they did not have the right size. These guys not only fitted me in but on inspection repaired my tyre for £20 rather than charge me for a new tyre. Polite and professional.
