Absolutely delighted with the customer service from this company, and with the Brother cover stich sewing machine. I spoke to Nigel before hand about the product and how this is going to posted, the product was double wrapped on my request, there was no damage on delivery and promptly posted. The communication with Nigel was prompt if I had any question! I would highly recomend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Although I bought an ex demo maching and it was actually brand new!

I bought a reconditioned Brother overlocker, which should have arrived next. Sadly it didnt. I phoned to explain and spoke to Nigel. He couldn't have been more helpful. He found that it had been sold in shop. Nigel then said he would send me a BRAND NEW MACHINE at no extra cost to me and it arrived next day. I honestly cant thank Nigel enough and would give more stars if possible. THANK YOU.

I am ANOTHER customer who is still waiting for a refund after purchasing a machine that they did not have in stock (despite the website stating 1 working day delivery). Ollie gave me some story about Brother not taking order until the new tax year … so I will be contacting Brother as well to let them know what their customers are saying about them. Ollie put in writing that he would process the cancellation and refund me ("tomorrow at the latest") … well, it's is a week later and I am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY … GO ELSEWHERE FOR PEACE OF MIND!
