Absolutely shocking. Placed my order 3 weeks ago, have been sent from pillar to post chasing up dispatch, then delivery, then apparently the item was signed for by me and left outside someone else’s house, or some such nonsense. Ended up having to hire titan lights as it was for a shoot. Worst £250 spent, their customer services is disgusting. My bank will be issuing a refund. Avoid avoid avoid!

The proof of a good reputable company is only seen when something goes wrong and you have to hope that you will be treated fairly. I had an issue with a lamp and the excellent service I received from Mark was most impressive indeed. So that is very good news indeed to have confidence in where you purchase your goods. Had issues with purchase and contacted them, recieved a response a week later asking for more information (which I provided) haven't heard back from them again despite chasing. UPDATE: after again emailing, the customer service department called and issued a replacement product which was received the following day. The replacement works perfectly and I've even received a follow up call to check all was well.
