We went to the discount carpet Warehouse after reading Google reviews, we were a bit hesitant because we'd had quite bad experience with another discount carpet place in Batley but this place couldn't have been more different. It's family owned and the woman (I think Rachel?) was so helpful, they gave us really good and realistic recommendations based on our needs, told us when things wouldnt work and showed us all the end rolls that were reduced that would work for us. They came and measured in the next few days and then when we were ready to book in they had their carpet fitters come over within a week. The job the fitters did was absolutely exceptional - we've been so impressed by the whole service and it's saved us money. Highly recommend!
