This is a brilliant carpet retailer recommended to us by a friend. The staff are friendly, helpful the price is great and the carpet is such good quality as good as big dealers at literally half the price. The fitting as well is outstanding such care and effort in every detail you won't find a better fitted carpet. We had hallway, stairs, landing & living room done we're extremely happy thank you would definitely recommend.

Shocking Customer Service. Polite and courteous until it became apparent that the older (bearded) fellow had sent the wrong size carpet. Rather than try to correct his mistake, he became rude, refused to discuss it and insisted we have our deposit back, leaving us without a hall carpet for Christmas. I advise him to either retire, get some social skills training or let his (much more pleasant) colleague deal with customers.
