Staff are somewhat a mixed bag if you get good or not. Unfortunately I have got a poor one and my PIP mandatory reconsideration has gone past expiry due to waiting too long for advice and help in to progress my claim. Only can manage to call them but goes straight to a voicemail which a call can take weeks to be returned and no face to face appointments making it difficult to get information across. A few years ago I would’ve recommended this charity but in the past year or so the service has gone very dire unfortunately. Its had me in tears some nights thinking if my claim will progress and the stress its caused me

Would not recommend poor service with PIP appeal and no follow up. Mandy Rollins has a very poor attitude with disabled people and there is a staff culture of indifference. Duncan Walker did my PIP2 form As Steve Lawson below points out all of the VAST 1820 charities are corrupt and target disabled people.
