You stated above that the remit of your service is; housing, benefits, community care and housing: You also stated that “For community care and housing we do have legal aid contracts so the matter will need to fall within the scope in order for us to take the matter on”. But I was refused for community care and housing. You said to me that there you do not have legal aid contracts! Terrible service!
