Shockingly rude service!! Queued for about 10 mins which is fine then when we got to the front of the queue it was clear the woman serving didn’t want to serve us because she asked me to go to the back of the queue and queue again because what I she wanted (a milkshake) took too long to make. Really frustrating - just put a sign up if you don’t want to serve half your menu items. We travelled specially as the vegan icecream they serve is really nice but sadly left disappointed and empty handed as we didn’t want to queue twice just to probably be told the same thing again. Avoid avoid avoid.

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money at this place. I had the Chilli Cheese burger and there was nothing chilli about it. The chilli mayo was over powering with a BBQ taste that did not compliment the burger. The burger was cold even though I was their only customer and the onion rings inside were mushy. There was an overwhelming metallic taste to the vegan patty which made it difficult to pallet and I left most of the burger behind. The fries were supposed to be garlic salt but were hardly seasoned and like the burger they were cold. It really is not worth the money at this place and I can’t see it lasting very long. I would not go back again.
