Incompetent as they come We had issues with ASB (parties, noise, etc) in our building and the tenants were evicted after a year of suffering. Well, immediately after this was over Direx decided to rent the same flat to students who like throwing raves. I'd love to understand the thought process that led to that decision but I believe there was none. Direx are useless, and have proven this to us time after time. Make yourself a favor and stay away from this incompetent agency.

Well run and efficient property managers. Looked after us during our three year tenancy to the level we would have wanted. Few tenants in London can say that these days. From first hand experience, as both a tenant and a landlord, you will get a better experience using an outfit like this than a high street chain to manage your property.

Direx are by far the worst property agents I've ever dealt with. I have a few properties in Kensington with various managing agents and have yet to come across such incompetence and unprofessionalism. They are lousy with communication, don't pass on important & crucial information to freeholders, are unreachable most days and just do their own thing. The staff keep changing and get even more inefficient & incompetent with each change. It's a miracle they're still standing.
