I contracted covid 19 working here and they are in breach of major covid 19 rules and laws by allowing everyone I worked with to not isolate after I tested positive for covid on a pcr test Meaning all products sent out from this factory are contaminated Please don't buy these windows as I've touched most of them Including all other workers I worked with And they have also fired me after getting covid there and are lying about it

AVOID This was my first experience dealing with direct trade - they promised 5 delivery dates, each time leaving it till the day before to tell me some or all of my items were not coming The resultant problems cost me time, money and messed with follow on trades Direct trade barely offer apologie have an extensive excuse book and are steadfast in not compensating for their shortcomings AVOID

After service has got to be the worst ever its taken months to try and sort a faulty door and still not sorted so given up on getting it fixed and just asked for a full refund so now with a faulty door in my house they cant even cut the beads long enough on there 2nd try. If your windows etc are ok then not a problem but when anything is wrong with them just be warned...
