    I ordered an aged brass light as per the picture on their website. What was delivered was more like brushed nickel. Despite sending photos to show what was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised on their website, I was made to pay for the postage to return the item.

    Really useless company to deal with. I ordered 2 wall lights, 6 downlights, GU10 lightbulbs and two switches. After over a week and waiting in two days for couriers I have still only received lightbulbs and two switches. Wall lights were discontinued even though showing up as in stock on their website and payed for and downlights were never sent in time so just decided to cancel and ask for a refund as electrician waiting on them. Can't recommend and won't use again!!

    Stay away from this supplier as they trap you by advertising lower price and than not fulling your order due to stock issues. I placed order and they took money out of my account and later I also got confirmation email for order dispatch but nothing after that. I waited few days and then after calling and chasing I weas told they do not have stock and I am talking after 2 weeks. They kept my money for 2 weeks and then gave me option to get half of my order and get refund of half. I would not recommend this supplier to any one due to wasting my time and holding money for no reason and not leeping me updated in regards to my order. They really don't care for their customers

    Ordered two light fittings. Not in stock but very quickly sourced from supplier and promptly delivered. Very competitively priced. Item was well packaged and exactly as described. One of the few suppliers I could find that could be bothered to ship outside of the UK....seems that most others have given up due to the overhead introduced by the Brexit disaster. Would happily use again.

    Purchased Ansell led floodlight with PIR some months ago from this company. Within a few weeks after installing the lamp it became apparent that there was a fault with the PIR and it wouldn't trigger the lamp from more than 10 ft away. My partner emailed the company to report a faulty lamp and requested a replacement under Ansells warrenty . Never got a reply and had to go to the manufacturer direct to get it replaced I call it ignorence. Wouldn't buy from them again. Obviously one of those companies happy to take your money, but if there is a problem with the product they don't want to know.
