    Absolutely blown away by the pricing, the customer service and the delivery time. This is my first time ordering with you, picked up a range of kits and equipment (circa £120) but I will DEFINITELY be back soon to order more. I placed an order Wednesday afternoon. I realised I made a mistake (my fault) in some of the personalisation so I emailed. It was dealt with Thursday morning, shipped and arrived with me Friday. My lad is over the moon he gets to wear his new threads this weekend :) Great work!

    I’ve had 2 separate orders from direct soccer now…. Both orders contained 12 items each and I’ve gotta say I couldn’t reccomend this website enough…. Not only are they the cheapest around but the products are fantastic, delivery is very prompt and communication is also very good. My under 6 team really appreciate their gear 👍🏻

    The prices are good but when something goes wrong the customer service isn't. Website said product was in stock and I needed it in a hurry. 4 days later I get told there was an error and the product was actually out of stock. Agreed to an alternative similar product but told Direct only to dispatch if they could guarantee to meet their original delivery date (i.e. guys it's your problem so get the product to me quickly or don't bother). They agreed by email to this and then missed the date. Had to rush out and spend more money from another local shop and their customer service was then awful. They apologised but nothing beyond that. Out of pocket and out of patience with Direct. Won't be buying there again!
