Very long waiting times to get through on phone. Uncooperative, inflexible customer service employees. Will not deal on phone to anyone but customer holder, not even wife/ family/carer. Hard to get any progress with requests.

Initially fine, but service very poor over the past few months, broadband unusable really due to extremely slow speed. When I moved to another provider, I got stung with a £19.50 early cancellation fee even though I was out of contract. Direct Save retention team bordering on rude, also their strategy doesn't seem to explore how they can make my experience better, but rather just to slander the new provider.

I wouldn't recommend them . They eventually sent router and help me connect up and still not work. When ask leave my contract after ten days. They had nerve fee to leave.

After placing my order on the 29/03/23 . I had a phone all on the 11/04/23 to say that my phone number couldn’t be transferred over , yet when I ordered my broadband and spoke to the person directly they said it wouldn’t be a problem
