    I really don't like leaving a bad review for any business as I know people can have bad days etc (and this is actually the first time I've ever left a review on Google), but the experience that I had with this company was unbelievably poor and I only think it's fair that others know how I was treated. In summary: - I had an extremely rude and aggressive staff member/manager shouting at me down the phone - The website contains clear terms and conditions that the company wouldn't honour and I was "wrong" even though I was reading them straight off their website - The website stated that products were in stock but they weren't. The day the order was due to arrive with me, they still didn't have my items in stock from their wholesaler which meant that we missed a deadline So... I wanted to order some boxes and noticed that on their website it states: "Delivery is free of charge if you spend £75.00 or more". As a result, I put some more items in my basket (cellotape etc), which took the value over £75.00. At the point of checkout, it was still showing that a charge would be added for delivery, so I phoned the company to check. They advised that it shouldn't be charging for delivery, but if it did, that they would refund it after the order. I placed the order, and three working days later I phoned up to get the refund (as I wanted to see what actually went out of the account). At this point I spoke to a gentleman, who stated that it was "£75.00 not including VAT". It doesn't say this on their website (as it does with every other retailer, wholesaler and supplier that I've ever worked with if this the case). I read out the exact phrasing of the term on the website, which this individual told me was not what the actual terms were (but then why is it on their website in black and white?) Instead of handling the situation professionally, the member of staff then shouted at me "what part of what I'm saying do you not understand", "do you not know what VAT is", "my time is worth more than this" and other similar condescending expressions. This isn't just a 'the member of staff wouldn't give me what I want' situation. The guy was on another level of rude. What he was saying to me, his tone, everything was insanely unprofessional. He then ended the call saying "well if £7 is that that important to you I'll pay it out my own pocket" and hung up the call. I phoned back (as I had further questions about the order before being sidetracked by this madness). The attitude was still there, but I managed to get to my main question: when will the boxes be delivered. At this point it was on the third working day after the order, and the company advises 2-3 working days delivery. I was then told that the actual boxes were not in stock and they had to order them in... Even though the website clearly said that they were in stock at the point of purchase. After explaining this, I was told by the manager that "it's not my job to know what the website says and change it". Well if it's not your job, whose job is it?! At this point, the boxes would have come after the deadline, and frankly I didn't want to give my custom to this business. I cancelled the order, and got some boxes from another supplier but they still arrived late due to them being ordered at that point, meaning that we missed our deadline. The product may have been a good product if it had arrived, and it may have just been a bad day for whoever I spoke to, but there are certain ways of dealing with situations and this is not how you do it.
