    Please, avoid company, never helped me to solve a problem with delivery, my delivery driver call me 2 min before arrival to address provided want to leave my parcel with glass desks inside, outside the building as I wasn’t there, when I asked him to provide me with his manager number he marks me as abusing customer and did not leave my parcel at all-and yes I had 2 customers who were a witnesses of all that call conversation and can proof that driver was shouting on me, used advantage on my accent. I was never provided with tracking number, customer service take 2 days to respond any of the emails, it’s been a month now and I still didn’t receive my money back. I tried to complain about driver behaviour but unfortunately my parcel were sent directly from production so it will take to much hassle for Direct Office Support to help me with the case. I am a business owner myself and I have never seen more unprofessional supplier since I started trading back in 2017

    Spent ages looking online for reasonable priced dining chairs that didn’t break the bank, ended up finding a set of 2 grey velvet effect chairs at really reasonable price on direct office website. Really surprised how quick delivery was - next day to Scotland which is rare these days. For the price, the quality was fab & they were super easy to assemble - took less than 10mins for the pair. Will definitely be back for more bits and pieces for our home office. Thanks!

    Ordered 2 desks, one of which was missing 2 minor parts and had damage to the top. Sent 2 emails and no response. I'm not expecting any money back but would like the replacement parts and an apology for the damaged top. This desk is in working order and the damage does not impact the performance of the desk but that's not the point. If goods are ordered then they should be received undamaged and be complete. With the missing parts I am unable to close the desk door. I've given 2 stars as the second desk was in perfect condition and not missing anything.

    FABBY COMPANY to deal with. I ordered a desk. Great communication re. delivery expectations. On arrival, I was delighted to find it was far better quality than I expected for the price. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Very impressed with Direct Office Supply. I will use them again and recommend them to others. Update: I recently bought a new office chair from Direct Office Supply and was absolutely delighted with both the delivery speed and quality of the chair for the price. ( I couldn't find anything on other sites that were remotely comparable) Brill company, well done.

    The worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered a chair which arrived two weeks late with a broken box and a broken chair. I then waited another week to receive replacement parts which when they got here were wrong. They don't have a number to call and now I understand why. STAY AWAY

    Can't find. Signs for different company. Seems to be closed. No sign with the company name outside of the building. Called during "normal business hours" at 16:02 and got an automated message saying I was calling outside of normal business hours. Didn't see anyone in the windows or on premises. If the place is genuinely open, then I stand by my 1 star review.

    I'm really disappointed with the level of service provided by Direct Office Supply. During the intial stages of enquiry of one of their products, the customer service was slow and unresponsive, taking well over what I would consider to be a reasonable time to place an order and recieve an invoice. When finally placing an order with Direct Office Supply, the delivery service was abysmal. Despite calling over 4 times and emailing (in which there was no response) no one called to set a time and date for delivery, desipte having confirmation from the telephone call that a phone call would be recieved from the warehouse to confirm such a thing. After finally making some progress of finally getting a date for delivery, yet again there was no phonecall from the delivery team confirming a time and said product was not delivered and the follow up email was not responded to. I'm still awaiting delivery and contact from the delivery team. A service I will surely not use again and would not recommend to others.
