Ordered a new toilet cistern on the 8/02/2023 delivery was due on the 09/02/2023. Cistern has still not arrived, unable to get through to them on the phone. 2 emails sent and no response.

I resonate with most of the reviews on this site. The prices are good but the customer service is appalling. I’m renovating my whole house and decided to replace all my radiators. As I was renovating in phases this meant I ordered through direct heating supplies 3 times. On all 3 occasions I had to chase for delivery confirmation. Once I receive a date, they always seem to miss it. I then have to phone and chase for delivery update. The second delivery date is when I receive my goods. As I wanted all my radiators to be the same, I had to order the radiators from here again for the second and third time. I’m glad I’ve replaced all my radiators and my experience of dealing with this company is over. At times I’ve waited on the customer phone line for up to an hour. Just be mindful not to expect any customer support

Morning , it is nearly 14 days from order and third item is still not delivered. Branch called and promised to call back last Fri. Since last call there is no correspondence in regards third flue.We lost the client as you said due to error made by you.

Ordered a few radiators which said would be delivered within 5-10 days. It's now 3 weeks and i'm still waiting. Impossible to get through to anyone, constantly on hold trying to find out roughly when it'll be delivered so i dont have to wait all day, no one is ever available on the live chat. Poor service disguised by a nice looking website. Compare this to screwfix and there is no contest.

Was a bit concerned with the reviews this company has received so sent an email to them about stock on their website. Got an email back within a couple of hours saying it was in stock and would take 2-3 days. So I bought the item. Low and behold it arrived early! Very impressed!!!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a radiator that was meant to be delivered in 5-10 working days. They ignored two emails and their phone lines were always closed even at 1 and 2PM. On the 10th working day I complained to PayPal, Direct Heating only then bothered to contact me and informed the item was not in stock and I would have to wait another three weeks. Everything terrible with this company and they delayed my project.

Don't bother with this company, you will get ripped off. I had to wait more than two weeks for my radiators to arrive, when they did 1 was damaged and therefore sent back. I have to wait another 2 weeks before that is sent and there is a 25% charge if you wish to return these plus return costs. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Customer service was on point but you are getting ripped off here. Fuming!!!
