    Shed was ordered on the 11th February 2023. Its now the 19th April 2023 and I have no shed, no money and no more patience. Communication is terrible when trying to find out when the shed would be delivered. Communication is terrible when trying to cancel the order. To date, I have not had one single phonecall returned, emails are very rarely returned and forget the chatbot unless you need a discount code. People on the phones have it bad as they have no authority to do anything bar pass notes on the managers. Your note might get an urgent sticker on it...which could just mean your note gets put in the bin. The managers have authority but just dont care...the only other explanation is they have been unindated with complaints and there isnt enough time in the world to deal with them all.

    Do not buy from this company. Their Customer Service department is useless. I had an incorrect part with the item I ordered. The CS did respond and promised the part would be sent.. this was on the 27th of January, I was told it should be with me in five days! It never came. I tried to get in touch with them by phone...a total and utter waste of time with useless reception staff. After many emails, some with a response, I have up! I then contacted the manufacturer directly who confirmed that they hadn't been contacted for the missing part. I'd been lied to repeatedly! I now have the part that I needed to complete my cupboard, but only because I chased it. They should rename the department "Customer No Service" You've been warned ⚠️

    I placed an order over a month ago, I had confirmation of my order but no delivery date. Numerous emails requesting an update, one response, with no outcome! This order was through Klarna and they have already taken 2 payments with out me receiving my goods. Would not recommend

    Brought a TV unit and small double bed from Direct GB, they were amazing quality. The TV has been through 2 moves with me and still sturdy as the day I put it together. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!
