Contacted on Sunday morning after waking up with a muffled blocked ear; booked me in same day (wasn't expecting that on a Sunday!), arrived prompt on time, allowed plenty of time for me to raise my concerns, and then dealt with the issue brilliantly. The videos showing the wax removal just helped understand what was going on, and Ibrahim was incredibly courteous and professional.
