I was in Direct Discounts in Oldham today. I was looking for a washing machine but didn't know what to look for, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Spencer, who explained everything I needed for a suitable machine for my needs, he wasn't pushy, just friendly, and after pointing out the various machines I could choose, he left me to look at them all and decide for myself which one I needed. Then he came back and I had decided on 2 that I liked in particular, but still couldn't decide on which one to go for, and he made it easier for me to finally choose the one I wanted. When it was time to pay, John, the manager, rang to see if they had that particularly machine in the warehouse, and he was also very friendly. Direct Discounts was recommended to me by my neighbours, and I must say it was everything they said it was. I was very happy and satisfied with the 2 wonderful staff members, who made my experience there really great, and I would definitely go back again. I am already thinking of everyone I know who I can recommend this place to. A big thank you to both Spencer and John for the welcome and for making what normally would have been a daunting experience for me a good one. Thank you, guys!!!

This shop is brilliant…. I needed a washer as mine was broken so went to curry’s picked a washer but an hour later and by the time they had added £55 for fitting and £35 to take the old washer away and £30 delivery charge it was just to much for what I was getting so my mum reminded me about this place so popped down within in 5 minutes I’d purchased a better washer and only £20 charge for fitting taking the old one away and delivery. It arrived the next day on time it took 5 mins for them to sort it. Also there really nice and helpful people. So this is the place to go. Thank you to all of you my new washing machine is ace 🏆

Recently bought a double over gas hob fan extractor from Direct Discounts Oldham branch Had the pleasure of been Served by Sarah who was most helpful ,No pressure, and could not have been more helpful also very knowledgeable Ordered on the Wednesday fitted on the Friday by their own Gas fitter First class from start to finish. I have now hesitation in recommending them and particularly Sarah who was first class Jim Raftery Altrincham Cheshire
