    Products are good, the ones that were delivered that is. Many many emails to try and find missing orders, after 6/8 weeks I was eventually refunded for the undelivered parts. However they did not refund the vat. Haven't received any further contact from Direct channel, despite trying to contact them. Will not be using this company again

    Ordered some pre-fabrciated trapezes which were intended to make installation quicker but we spent so long adjusting them because they were all different heights, not level and poorly put together. If you are going to sell something pre-made at least make sure it's done properly. I could have asked an apprentice to do a better job. I will never use this company again and will advise anyone I know to avoid.

    Unfortunately half my order didn't turn up, contacted them about this matter on more than one occasion, they have been very unhelpful and unwilling to replace the missing items leaving me with no other option other than to buy again....definitely not how a business should operate!

    Ordered some clips, channel and other small bits. 3 lengths of channel never turned up, direct channel have refused to refund or resend the product so I have had to order these bits again and pay for delivery again! £11 delivery is also to much compared to other stores, wouldn’t order from them again unless they refund me for the bits that turn up.

    We're a large electrical contractor and thought we'd found a useful supplier of unistrut parts. Placed a small order of £27.44 to test the water in 12th Sept. The order has never been delivered and a refund has been promised. Unfortunately the refund also never arrived. Sadly we will use another supplier for future stock. I would NOT recommend this company. They will also probably reply with a stock response to negative reviews, without actually addressing the issue mentioned above.
