I contacted George with regards to selling my grandfather’s car a couple of months ago. George and Simon met me at my grandparents house to run through some checks. They were both very polite and professional and the whole process went smoothly. I could not fault any interaction I had with the both of them and they explained the whole process thoroughly to my grandmother which made her feel at ease. Apawling company! Dealt with by George the son who clearly lacks experience. I asked on the day to do my own v5 he said no I'll do it today. It was never done and now I'm waiting a month later Jo V5 when I have bought a new car since and average wait time is 4 days. Faults with car was..... Injector seals failure Adaptive Headlight sensor fault Auto Wiper fault due to bodged windscreen AC sensor fault All ironically appeared over the 0-2 days after buying the car. The warranty provided wasn't worth the paper it was written on as wasn't covered as apparently pre existing fault. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They just ignore you and hope you will go away. They only answered when I called on my girlfriends phone. Would not recommend this company at all. Have cost more near £1000 and horrendous service leaving me stressed and stranded. And still no V5 SHOCKING

FURTHER TO MY PREVIOUS POST; NOW AMY NAHOME HAS POSTED A POINTLESS AND INACCURATE REVIEW ABOUT HAVING "nothing but issues" and unsubstantiated claims that " 2 of them were present at the time of purchase" WE ARE ACTUALLY TALKING ABOUT A CHIP IN THE WINDSCREEN AND A BUCKLED WHEEL REPORTED A MTH AFTER PURCHASING WHEN THE WHOLE OF KENT CURRENTLY IS PEPPERED IN POTHOLES AND TO TOP IT OFF A WIPER BLADE THAT BROKE BECAUSE WAS OLD ON A 10YRS OLD CAR 😂😂 , HOWEVER WE STILL OFFERED A REFUND AS THAY PAID £800 BEHIND RETAIL 🤷♂️ POINTLESS REVIEWS. Husband purchased a car just before Christmas. The initial service was great, with an older gentleman agreeing to show the car late on a Sunday evening in the pouring rain. After that it went downhill. My husband collected the car and he has had nothing but issues since. At least two of them were present at the time the vehicle was purchased. He has simply had the warranty quoted at him and told the issues aren’t covered. Basically, once they’ve sold the car, they don’t care. AVOID!
