Absolutely disgusted with The service I have been provided. They have got my phone bill wrong EVERY month for the last 6 month. I have to ring every month for them to refund me...which takes 3 weeks to come back to me - the cheek! Recieved my bill today and again...£10 more than my quoted tariff with no extra charges!!! Another phone call I have to make in the morning!!!
