On their Google page it said it was open bank holiday Monday, it even let us book an appointment online so obviously it must be open..... Drove all the way down there only to find it was all shut up!!.....and its not local to us either. Went to another pram shop in Wigan rather than have a totally wasted journey and gave them our business instead. Only 20 minutes away from here so would advise going there instead. The pram we ordered was cheaper in the shop in Wigan than here anyway!

Excellent service provided by Nicky! As first time parents Nicky gave us all the support we needed to choose the right pram for us. She went above and beyond to find us a great deal on the pram we wanted and even set up car seat installation once the pram has been delivered. We couldn't reccomend this service enough!

On both of our visits Taite and Clare were so attentive and gave brilliant advice and demonstrations of the prams we were interested in. They also gave us so much information on the best bundles for our twin boys. We were able to go away and shop around knowing direct4baby have a price match policy if we found the same items cheaper. We couldn't find anything cheaper! Brilliant and faultless service, thank you guys 😊

Today we visited the Direct4baby Aintree store. We booked a personalised appointment with Nicky who showed us the key features on a number of prams as we weren’t sure which to go for. Her expertise and advice was truly fantastic and she really made us feel comfortable to have a play with each item ourselves. This was a plus for my husband as he had no idea before today what the difference is pram to pram. We also tested each pram in our car to see if they fit as this is a huge factor in buying a pram for us. We tried different car seats with base in our car too which showed us which car seat is the best for the style of our car which really helped our decision. Thanks to Nicky we have managed to pick a pram and although not ordered today we will definitely be back with grandparents to make the final purchase. Highly recommend visiting Direct4baby for all items needed to prepare for a little one’s arrival there is no obligation to buy or bias in each product, each product is shown as is and the decision is left entirely to the parents to make which we loved. Nicky was fantastic and we are so glad we chose this store to visit.

We visited the Direct4Baby showroom in Liverpool last Wednesday during our visit from the South West. The store itself is fantastic, with a plethora of prams, car seats and accessories available. Nicky was extremely helpful and spent time discussing our requirements and demonstrating the use of various prams/systems. She also explained the various safety issues relating to car seats and spent time inspecting our car and discussing our travel routine to recommend the right and safest one for us - something which was hugely appreciated as first time parents. Her knowledge relating to everything baby is second to none and we walked away feeling extremely informed about what we needed, from travel systems to nursery accessories. We couldn’t recommend the store and service more.

Can not thank the lovely Nicky at Aintree enough, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, I am the most indecisive person and she had the patience of a saint, we visited on bank holiday Monday to look for our car seat, base and pram, Nicky was so helpful and her knowledge was second to none especially for a first time mum. We were torn between the iCandy Peach 7 and the Bugaboo Fox, she made sure they both fit in the boot of the car and also that the car seat was a good fit too. She priced everything up and advised us to have a little think and come back, we returned today and Nicky also showed us the new iCandy Core which i loved but my heart was set on iCandy Peach 7, Cybex Cloud Z2 and base. Honestly such a lovely experience and so glad we had the amazing Nicky as our advisor.

We visited yesterday without a clue of where to start really. Nicky was so patient and friendly and her knowledge of travel systems, esp car seats, was so reassuring and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, so much so she checked the car seat we liked would work in our car. We came away with a couple of options and are hoping to return to get all ordered and finalised in a couple of weeks. Would recommend without a doubt 🤩
