booked an appointment online,got there, shop closed had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. She was moping the floor with a dirty mop, didn't even washed her hands before threading my eyebrows. She took the skin off my right eyebrow , and rubbed her bare on my cut and had the cheek to blame me for it. I have had my eyebrows done at least 50 times, never received bad service like this. Do not use!!!! Service: Eyebrow threading
