Appalling total chaos, only went in there for a packet of cocodamal ,there was a man waiting for his prescription at the front of the queue who had been waiting over ten minutes,he told me that he handed in his prescription on Thursday last week and they was doing it there and then it should have been ready for him after all that time ,when I was eventually served I left and the queue was 8 deep . Appalling

Not sure what's happened to this chemist? It doesn't open on time, you have to wait for your prescription to be made up even if its been there for a few days. There is only ever 1 person serving even when there is a queue and had a few times where medication is owed. Dips used to be my 1st call before going to the GP because they were so helpful. The staff are still polite and helpful but it's just not as efficient.
